Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026

Who we are

Senior Coverage America is an advertising service run by NEX REVENUE LLC, 1505 Brentwood Dr, Kissimmee, FL 34746. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean NEX REVENUE LLC.

We are not an insurance company or an insurance agency. We are not licensed to sell insurance. We do not give insurance advice, quotes, prices or approvals.

We run ads and this web page. When you tap to call, your call is routed to a licensed insurance agent at a partner agency, who may talk with you about final expense whole life insurance. Agencies pay us for each qualifying call, not for each sale. We are not connected with any government agency, Medicare or Social Security.

Once your call is connected, the agency collects and uses your information under its own privacy policy.

Your answer to the U.S. citizen question may count as sensitive personal information under California law. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose that would give you the right to limit its use.

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, go to Your Privacy Choices.

What we collect

From you on the page: your answers to our three questions: whether you are a U.S. citizen, your state and your age.

From your device: your IP address, browser and device type, your approximate location (your state, estimated from your IP address), the pages you view and what you tap.

From the ad you clicked: the Meta click ID (fbclid), Meta cookies (_fbp and _fbc), and campaign and ad IDs in the link.

From your phone call: the phone number you call from (caller ID), the time and length of the call, which agency took it, and a recording of the call.

What we do not ask for on the page: your name, email address, payment details, Social Security number or health details. The agent may ask you health or other questions on the call. That is the agency’s own collection, under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

  • To show you this page and check whether the offer may fit you.
  • To route your call to a licensed agent at a partner agency.
  • To bill agencies for calls and settle billing disputes.
  • For quality, compliance with the law, and record keeping.
  • To measure and improve our ads and our page.
  • To find and stop fraud, abuse and security problems.

Who we share or sell it to

Insurance agencies and the call exchange. We send your call through a call exchange where licensed insurance agencies bid for calls. The agency that takes your call pays us for it, and your phone number, state, age, call details and the recording go with it. Under California law this is a “sale.”

Meta Platforms (Facebook). We use the Meta pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure and improve our ads. Under California law this is “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Microsoft Clarity. Records how people use our page (session replay and analytics).

Service providers that work for us under contract: Retreaver (call tracking, routing and recording), Vercel (website hosting) and Supabase (database).

When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or others. If our business is sold or merged, your information may move to the new owner under this policy.

We do not sell your information to data brokers for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and tracking

Meta pixel. Sets and reads cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and tells Meta when you visit the page, answer the questions or tap to call. We may also send these events to Meta from our own servers (Conversions API).

Microsoft Clarity. Uses cookies and records your visit, such as scrolling, taps and the pages you view, so we can see where the page is hard to use.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your information for that browser.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The page may still work, but we may not be able to measure our ads.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded. We use recordings for quality, compliance and settling billing disputes. The agency that takes your call also gets the recording.

We do not collect phone numbers through a form, and we do not send text messages. If an agency calls you back, it does so under its own policy. You can ask that agency to stop calling you.

How long we keep it

  • Call records, recordings and related data: up to 5 years, to meet telemarketing record-keeping rules.
  • Page and visit data: up to 2 years.

After that, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.

Your privacy rights

California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, sell and share, and get a copy of it.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of it.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require this right.
  • Not be treated differently for using any of these rights.

Residents of other states with privacy laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Florida and others) have similar rights. These include the right to opt out of the sale of personal information and of targeted advertising.

How to make a request. Email Pablo@nexrevenue.com or write to NEX REVENUE LLC, 1505 Brentwood Dr, Kissimmee, FL 34746. We run this service online, so email is the way to make a request. Please include the phone number you called from and your state. For an opt-out, you can also use Your Privacy Choices.

How we check it is you. To protect you, before we give out or delete information we check that the request comes from you. Usually we match the phone number you called from and details of your call, such as your state and when you called. We may ask a few questions. We do not need to verify you to opt you out.

Someone acting for you. You can let another person (an authorized agent) make a request for you. We may ask for your signed permission, and we may ask you to confirm your identity with us directly.

How long it takes. We act on opt-outs of sale or sharing within 15 business days. We answer requests to know, delete or correct within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you, and we may take up to 45 more days.

Appeals. If we say no to your request and your state gives you the right to appeal, email Pablo@nexrevenue.com with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will answer within the time your state’s law requires. If you still disagree, you may contact your state’s Attorney General.

No financial incentives. We do not offer discounts, payments or other rewards in exchange for your personal information.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You can tell us to stop selling or sharing your personal information at any time. Go to Your Privacy Choices or email Pablo@nexrevenue.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser also counts as an opt-out for that browser.

Children

This page is not meant for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect, sell or share personal information of anyone under 16. If you think we have, email Pablo@nexrevenue.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If we make a big change, we will post a notice on this page.
