These terms apply when you use this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Senior Coverage America is an advertising service run by NEX REVENUE LLC, 1505 Brentwood Dr, Kissimmee, FL 34746 (“we” or “us”).
We are not an insurance company or an insurance agency, and we are not licensed to sell insurance. We do not give quotes, prices or approvals, and we do not promise that you will get coverage. Only the insurance company decides whether to offer you a policy and at what price.
When you tap to call, your call is connected to a licensed insurance agent at a partner agency. The agent may talk with you about final expense whole life insurance. Agencies pay us for each qualifying call, not for each sale.
2. Not a government service
We are not connected with, or endorsed by, any government agency, Medicare or Social Security. This is not a government program.
3. Phone calls
Calls may be recorded for quality, compliance and billing disputes. The agency that takes your call also gets the recording. See our Privacy Policy.
Calling is your choice. You can hang up at any time. We cannot promise that an agent will be available when you call.
4. No advice
Information on this site is general. It is not insurance, legal, tax or financial advice. Talk with a licensed agent, and read any policy carefully, before you decide to buy.
5. Using this site
Please give true answers and use the site only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not misuse the site, try to break it, or use bots or scripts to call or to send fake visits.
We may change, pause or stop the site at any time. The content and design of the site belong to us or the people we license them from.
6. Insurance agencies and other companies
The agencies, agents and insurance companies you talk with are separate businesses. They are responsible for their own products, prices, statements, licensing and privacy practices. We do not control what they say or offer. If you have a question or complaint about a policy or an agent, please contact that agency or insurance company. If it involves this site, you can also tell us.
7. Limits on our responsibility
We provide this site “as is.” We try to keep it accurate and working, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, or for the products, statements or actions of the agencies, agents or insurance companies you talk with.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit, or our responsibility for our own fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the state where you live.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
